This website provides general information about our watch servicing, repair, and restoration services. It is for informational purposes and does not itself constitute a binding offer or quotation.

2. Service bookings and quotations

• Prices, turnaround times, and brand lists mentioned on this website are indicative and may change without notice.
• A final assessment and quotation for any repair or service is only provided after your watch has been physically inspected at our premises.
• Enquiries made via WhatsApp or phone are not confirmed bookings until acknowledged by us.
• Once you proceed with a repair, service, or restoration, the terms of that engagement — including payment, timelines, and the safekeeping of your watch while it is in our care — are governed by a separate agreement provided to you at our premises, not by these website Terms.
• No deposit is required to begin a repair or service — full payment is due upon completion of the job.
• This agreement takes the form of a written intake slip / repair agreement, provided to you when you leave your watch with us. It sets out matters including liability for loss or damage while your watch is in our care, and our policy on uncollected items.
• Completed repairs are covered by a separate, standard warranty agreement, also provided to you separately from these website Terms.

3. Reviews and testimonials

Reviews and testimonials displayed on this website reflect the individual experiences of past customers. They are shared to give a general sense of our work and are not a guarantee of the outcome, timeline, or cost of any future service.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, photography, and the TWSC name and logo — is owned by The Watch Specialist's Clinic Pte. Ltd. or used with permission, and may not be copied or reproduced without our written consent.

5. Third-party links

This website links to third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook) that we do not control and are not responsible for.

6. No warranty on website content

While we try to keep this website accurate and current, we make no warranty as to its completeness or accuracy. Opening hours, contact details, and services are subject to change.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This does not affect the terms of any separate watch servicing agreement or warranty agreed at our premises.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
