The Craftsman's Passion
Willie Quek has spent over forty-five years at the bench, trained and certified at WOSTEP in Switzerland since 1993 — specialising in the complex, high-complication movements only a handful of watchmakers are equipped to touch. Decades of Swiss and mechanical movements have taught him more than any course could — a trained eye that usually knows the problem, and the fix, within minutes. He has also trained fellow watchmakers within the industry, passing on a standard of horology that fewer and fewer workshops still hold to. In 2012, he opened The Watch Specialist's Clinic to do it his way.
It's a craft he's never stopped loving, and it shows: every watch is opened, inspected, and repaired by hand, with real care taken to solve the actual problem, not just patch it. No shortcuts, no black-box machines, and a watchmaker still committed to getting it right.
What we do
Complete disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, gasket replacement, and accuracy & water-resistance testing.
Battery replacement, strap and bracelet sizing, and timepiece authentication — most done while you wait.
Fabrication of vintage parts, dial reconditioning, and case polishing for pieces with real history.
Polishing, laser welding, and cleaning — availability depends on the movement's condition.
