Willie Quek has spent over forty-five years at the bench, trained and certified at WOSTEP in Switzerland. Four decades of Swiss movements have passed through his hands — enough that he can often trace a fault before a watch is even fully opened. In 2012, he opened The Watch Specialist's Clinic to put that instinct entirely at his customers' service.
Few problems come through the door he hasn't already seen, and solved. Every timepiece is still opened, inspected, and serviced by his own hand — no shortcuts, no black-box machines standing in for judgment built over a lifetime, only genuine parts and real care for the outcome.

Complete disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, gasket replacement, and accuracy & water-resistance testing.
Battery replacement, strap and bracelet sizing, and timepiece authentication — most done while you wait.
Fabrication of vintage parts, dial reconditioning, and case polishing for pieces with real history.
